5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

The appraisal report is intended for the use of the client and intended users identified in the report. Eagle Home Appraisal Tallahassee shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the fee paid for the appraisal.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and appraisal reports. Information will only be released to authorized parties as permitted by law or with client consent.
